Students or parents should follow the guidance below for reporting tech issues . . .

  • Hardware or software issue – contact the local school district
  • Virtual Arkansas course issue – contact the teacher of that course
  • Power Panel issue – contact the local school facilitator

If your problem is not resolved following these paths, contact VA tech support during business hours.

Facilitators should follow the guidance below for reporting tech issues . . .

  • Contact your local tech department for local issues.
  • Contact the Virtual Arkansas instructor for course-related issues.
