This course is defined by the Arkansas Chemistry - Integrated Standards for High School. Students will participate in a variety of tasks, which may include but are not limited to the following types of activities: listening, speaking, reading, writing, performance based, and project based. Chemistry – Integrated is an integrated science course that focuses on conceptual understanding of the foundational chemistry and physics core ideas, science and engineering practices, and crosscutting concepts and is composed of chemistry, physics, Earth and space science, and engineering design standards. It is recommended that students be enrolled in Algebra II concurrently with this course.
