Jobs for Arkansas Graduates (JAG) Multi-Year Program is a broad based School-to-Work program designed to assist students whose ability to successfully graduate from high school and obtain meaningful employment is in jeopardy. The program’s goal is to identify students with a need for modest interventions in order to ensure graduation or GED and to prepare them for workplace success. The JAG Multi-Year Program should be utilized for students who have been designated as requiring entrance into the program through an application and selection process. The selection committee JAG Advisory Council should consist of teachers, counselors, and administration. Upon completion of the JAG Multi-Year Program, a student may proceed to the JAG Senior Only Program. The JAG program provides one year of follow-up to monitor the student’s outcomes through data recording of graduation dates, civil and military job placement, and career, and college success.
